2 days in KL

2 weeks passed and I can’t believe I’ve survived this long! 13 days feels like 130 days. I admire a friend of mine, Jeng who is in Spain now for school and I guess she has to be there for years. I wonder what she does every time she thinks of home, her family, old friends and hmm, Pinoy food! Jeng, I always admire you for being so independent (since highschool). *smiles* How's your W-plans?

When I left Penang yesterday for Kuala Lumpur, I bid goodbye to my girl friends and I was in sudden state of being where in I didn’t want to move towards the door. I felt my heart sort of tighten (of course, I’m exaggerating) because I felt the pain in them. The sadness in their moisten eyes speak a thousand words. They all wanted to go home. Proven, it is always easier to leave than be left. (in all phases!)

Btw, for some of you wondering what am I doing here in KL. There is a Dell office (aside from the one in Penang, which is the head quarters if I may say) here located in Cyberjaya where my team is based. Failed to take pictures, I was extremely busy the whole day.

Hmm, maybe I can share my hotel room and bathroom instead. *beams* I always have this thing for very nice rooms and bathrooms. Err, I think I have mentioned it many times here already. Sorry for the redundancy. *smiles*

Here you go…

King size bed just for Moi, my work table on the left side

I opened the sliding door so you can see my bathroom on the right side

bathroom main door

and this is my bathroom

my sink which I find small...

my tub for my warm bubble bath
Robes that I rarely use, too big for me...
The TV failed to impress me

My bed minus me *hehehe* I like the effect of the headboard lights

This is Shangrila Putrajaya by the way which is far better than my hotel in Penang, Equatorial Hotel. But still, nothing compares to Ritz Hotel of Jakarta. Superb!I will post the picture here when I get back to Manila.

Woooohoooo! I can’t wait for tomorrow. I better wash up now and jump to bed. There’s only one flight going to Manila which is 10am, I can’t imagine myself missing it. *hahaha*

Goodnight peeps!

Punta Fuego + Tagaytay

February 7 marks my 2nd month in Dell and spent 2 days in Punta Fuego for our FY09 business planning. It was a blast though I’m lacking some sleep.

First day we ended at 4am partying included. Second day was mere leisure and food tripping.

I can say I joined the company at the right time. Start of the fiscal year (February) and it’s always nice to be working with a clear direction and strategies set. A good leader as a boss who inspires and motivates people is a big bonus! *wink*

Crazy people: (Top-bottom) Albert, Mike, Allan, Apple, Ricky, Barry, Leng, Tey, Jamie, Pinky and Me

(Left - Right): Sarah. Me. Pinky. Jamie. Apple. Leng in Tagaytay

Dell Asia Pacific Sdn. Team

Tomorrow I will be leaving for a 2-week training in Malaysia together with Mike and Sarah. I don’t know if I will have spare time for blogging (I hope). I will be meeting some people there who used to be my officemates when I was in HP but remained as good friends. Expect a lot of pictures when I come back (Feb. 23). *wink*

Oh dear, 2 weeks is long…*sobs*

I better get going. I have to squeeze in my time to do a bunch of things.

Ciao!

Struggling Me

I’m on my 3rd week at work. So far, so good. My new GM boss from Malaysia will be in the country next week and that means my schedule would be crazy. I’m excited though. *wink* 3wks is more than enough for self-study. I need some real training. *heehee*

On the other note…

I’m missing a lot of things! Top of my list is my personal laptop and most of its features:

1. pristine white look
2. two-finger scroll
3. expose/spaces
4. soft keys
5. spotlight

I hate:

1. windows endlessly popping up on my screen
2. slow booth up
3. lots and tons of folders
4. downloading stuffs and not seeing where they went
5. windows, period.

I’ve been using Windows all my life. I’ve switched to Mac for almost 2 years only, and yet I’m having hard time adjusting to Windows environment again. (read: struggle) I don’t know why…maybe because Mac is easier to use than Windows. Everyday, I feel I’m faced with a monster which is my new Dell laptop. Sigh…

Nooobie

Today is my first day in DELL.

I’m the 12th employee in the company and I guess more people will be on board soon. It’s nice to be working with a smaller group, as they tend to be closer to each other like a family. Something really caught my attention is their camaraderie.

Whew, nice to be in the right place at the right time. *wink*

Another thing that made me pleased is their powder room/washroom. Yes, I know this is just shallow but I really have this thing for nice, huge and clean washrooms. All of my close friends know that! *wink* I hate to compare but I just can’t help it! They have more than enough tissue and paper towels. The liquid soap is ample and the hand drier is working (that’s important). To top that off, they have hand gel dispensers as well. The trash bins are not kadiri as it is covered with plastic to make the disposal easier. They have close bins (you can’t see what’s inside) for litters that should be kept unseen (think sanitary napkins and others). The bins are always empty! Enough said.

There’s no disturbing smell. The building has enough guys to make sure cleanliness is well maintained. From time to time they are cleaning and drying up the washroom. I like washrooms to be always dry.

I have my work area sans my laptop, which is already in transit maybe from Malaysia. It should be here anytime next week.

I had my first conference call (a.k.a. concall) today with my 2 bosses, Mr. BB and Siva (from Malaysia). Oh my, 33 pages of stacks! It was a breeze not because I fully understand them but the discussion was swift! *hahaha* I’m at a lost actually! I had to print out everything and read after.

Mr. BB immediately approached me to see if I’m okay. *blush* My new job is exciting! I love to do start up businesses, from zero to something. I’m not limited to do things. I’m on my own again. This is something I love doing over and over.

Well, that’s it for today.

Ciao!

A Blessing

Here’s my new year pressie that came to our mailbox on the eve of new year.

It’s just so nice to start 2008 right. *wink*

2007 was a good year and I’m looking forward for a better 2008 not just for me but for my family and friends.

I’m determined to be cheerful and happy in whatever situation I may be. For I have learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends upon our dispositions, and NOT upon our circumstances.

Be positive. I always believe that a strong positive mental attitude will create more miracles than any wonder drug. By changing the inner attitudes of our minds can change the outer aspects of our lives.

Have faith. There's always a reason behind all things, yes ALL THINGS! *wink* You just have to patiently wait for the right time and answers will eventually unfold right before you.

For many times, I've been a witness of this and as much as possible I want other people to strengthen their faith, too. My small way of repaying the good deeds that are coming my way.

DELL

It's official.

I’m joining DELL January 2, 2008 but I’m requesting to start on the 7th instead. I feel I need more breathing time.

I’m actually so overwhelmed on how things are going in my life. (read: new job, a wedding, et.al.) No wait, it’s not what you think…I’m happy to get these blessings at the right time. I just have the tendency to be hmm, in panic most of the time if not all the time. *haha* Something I would like to get rid by 2008. *resolutions, as if!* I’ve been wanting to be always in composure. *really huh?*

So! Honestly, I’m having some unwanted feelings and thoughts. Yes, I’m a bit skeptical or maybe the right word to use is worrisome. I’m starting to worry about a lot of things! I don’t know…perhaps I’m having this “fear of the unknown” maybe because new things are on my way and they are happening at the blink of my eye! Or maybe, I just need my usual dose of sugar? Yes, bars of chocolates! *muwahaha*

Umm, power of mind, that’s the best approach to use. Thinking that everything would be fine. *inhale-exhale*

I know that most of you will find me so uncanny. *smiles* I recognize that. I’m whimsical! *beams*

4 days to go ‘till Christmas!

Hello & Goodbye

I had 2 important meetings today.

1. With Mr. BB: I got the offer from DELL and I’m having my medical check up (a requirement) anytime this week. Finally, the long wait is over and it came at the right time. I’m H-A-P-P-Y!.

My instinct never fails me. (see previous blogs)

2. With Mr. DBA (the president): It’s always hard to say goodbye. I never thought I’d shed tears. (Yes, I did!) They’ve been so good to me and it’s difficult to put everything to an end. It’s like breaking up with a BF. *heehee* I failed to hide the emotional side of me. Well, I’ve always been transparent. I don’t know how to hide feelings. I can’t do poker face. Look at my eyes (and face) and you’ll know what’s inside me. *wink*

I’m thankful and proud to be part of Microwarehouse Inc. Being part of this company alone is a big opportunity for me. My stint there will always be memorable. But all things have its beginning and end --- short and sweet.

Conceal or Reveal?

Finally, I decided to reveal. Yes, I spilled the beans! I don’t want to prolong it further. Uh-huh, it’s always nice to be transparent to people. Aside from them appreciating it, this also gives me such relief.

I hope Mr. President will take this objectively. If he is indeed a good boss, he won’t take it against me. This is definitely better! The downside, this entails a lot of hard work! (there’s no easy work, anyway) Anytime this week I’m pretty sure I’d be called to the President’s office. *waiting, nail biting*

I don’t want to jinx this so I decided to conceal (for the meantime) where I am going…

Work, Work and All Work!

It’s Monday once again and that means back to work.

I have a deadline to meet, Cisco business planning on the 8th and I have yet to start my presentation. My colleagues are surprisingly getting lax. I don’t wanna head the team. I wanted them to learn something --- to know on when to work alone and as a team. I don’t want them to rely on me fully. It’s for their own good, anyway. I feel I won’t be staying there for long...

My instinct never fails me.

For the past days, I’ve been waiting for their inputs. I got some, but not so meaty. I’m disappointed. Or perhaps my expectations are again hard to meet? I’m adjusting but do I have to lower my standards to be achievable? I don’t think so. I just don't like them to look incompetent incase they'll be moving to other company. But there are times I wanted to give up. How can I help people if they are not willing to help themselves?

Tomorrow, I have to do my part and maybe start to “lead”. We are running out of time! Frankly, I always feel I can do best by working independently or as a team rather than “leading a group”. Not really my cup of tea.

I’m so looking forward for this weekend. ☺☺☺

Road Trip + Surprise Call

I skipped work today to avoid the NLEX traffic. I can't conceal my excitement while I drive myself to Bataan. I miss my Bee very much. I can't wait to see him, hug him big and tight. I miss how he makes each day of my life euphoric.

Driving alone makes me reflect on things and do crazy stuffs to wriggle out boredom and sleep.

1. I had movies in my mind. Situations and scenarios that I would like to happen anytime in the future. Sometimes, it's just so high to day dream and when I dream, I dream big. *heehee* Why not? It's free!

2. Had a new playlist in my iPod. Played them in full blast and I was singing like I was in my solo concert. *haha* Thanks to my magic tint, my identity was guarded. *battling eyelash*

In between, I was chomping Kitkats.

Almost an hour after reaching the farm whilst I was in a middle of my nap, I heard "How to Save A Life" playing. It was my phone ringing pala. I'm in total disbelief to receive a call from Mr. BB.

If you're a frequent reader of my blog, you know who he is. For the benefit of those who happen to bump my blog just now, Mr. BB is the Country Manager of this company I called "my first choice" in my previous entries. The company I've been meaning to be part of. The same company I was about to join in 2005 but missed on purpose because of Samsung's counter offer. I almost regret missing that opportunity but as I've said I never deplore anything in my life. I always believe that things happen for a reason. You may not understand in the beginning but later on when the right time comes, the justification of that action or event will unfold.

Missing an opportunity is one thing, getting it for the 2nd time is something! No more turning down this time. I'm gonna grab it! *beams*

Patience

Patience is the ability to accept to tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset. Most say patience is a virtue.

At work, everyday is like a test of my patience.

Professionalism is the competence or skill expected of a (working) person. I simply do not understand why some people lack traits I expect to be essential in a human being, for an employee to be specific.

Sure, I have to comprehend that not all people are the same. Not everyone is lucky enough to be trained well by his or her superiors to be able to fair with others. I guess, I’m again having this high hopes for my team and I’m beginning to be upset as they are not meeting any of my expectations.

Oh well..

Bull's Eye!

Uh-huh, I’ve survived my 1st week at work. *battling eyelashes* I’m a bit frustrated though. My team is so young and inexperienced and that means they have to rely on me 100%! *slaps forehead* That also denotes I have to educate/train them to unleash their full potential. Oh well, *sigh* it’s really a big responsibility for me to mentor them. It’s a make or break for me.

If I am a bad person, I will shrug it off. Who cares if they don’t have the basic skills in corporate business? Who cares that they haven’t heard about funnels or pipelines? Who cares if actual, target, forecast, achievement rate and delta are never part of their vocabulary? I care. These people need me.

Having subordinates is very new to me. Honestly, I don’t know how and where to start because most people are resistant to change. Obviously, my personality is totally opposite of them. I’m aggressive, I know what I want and I know how to get what I want. I embrace change. And perhaps, that's why I was put to do this task.

Ok, this is the rationale behind me joining this company. I knew it, I just knew it!

My instinct is telling me that my stint here would be short. How short? I don’t know. It’s not because I don’t want to work with these peolple. Of course not! Once my team can stand on its own without me, that’s the best time for me to bid goodbye and move on to the next challenge…

My instinct never fails me.

PSI

It stands for Purchase, Sales and Inventory. I first learned about this during my stint in Samsung. *we didn’t have this in HP* I did this weekly for almost 3 years of my stay there. It was so tedious! I hated PSI. I actually cursed it...countless times! *hihihi*

Little did I know, I will again encounter this 3-letter thingy in my new work. Ugh! I had a meeting with Mr. DBA (president) with and my PM (product manager) and the topic was PSI only! Initially, I was in absolute shock to find out about this monthly PSI meeting. It’s like my past is haunting me. *bwahahhaa*

Seriously, my previous PSI experience gave me an edge on where I am now. The best part, I don’t have to personally exhaust time doing the figures one by one. I now have a PM to do it. *yippee!* I’m over it. Thank God!

Well, it pays to sometimes do difficult tasks. You will reap the benefits later on. As much as possible, learn something each day. Then, share your learnings to others (in need).

Pay it forward. I will never get tired of saying this line over and over and over...

First Day @ Work

When one door of happiness closes, another opens. But often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one, which has been opened for us.

It’s my first day at work and I was late for 15 minutes! *yikes* Our office hours are from 9am to 6pm. It was hell of traffic everywhere because it’s first day of the week and almost everybody is in a rush. I was so embarrassed being late on my first day but found out later on that my time is flexible and I don’t need to do time in/out. Lucky! (read: I miss HP days!)

So what did I do today?

I read like 5 IT magazines and a newspaper, mingled with some colleagues which 3 of them I knew from my previous jobs whilst waiting for my laptop. It came almost after office hours. *sigh* My laptop is an Apple 15” Powerbook G4. It’s beautiful! Though it’s not bad to wish for a Macbook Pro. *teehee* I might get lucky again! *mumbles*

I did my round of blogs and was happy to see Cathy’s blog with pictures. Geez, she is doing good! Keep it up, Cathy! *smiles* I cannot share her blog address, it’s private and shared to her limited friends only. *wink*

My eyes are dropping now. I have to end this post. I hope I can share something interesting in the next few days or so.

P.S. I modified my Cbox, I got tired of the yellow box. I also changed my Tickerfactory. It used to be a countdown for Christmas. It's now our Wedding countdown. 5 months, 3 weeks and 6 days to go and a new chapter of my life will unfold.

Sealed with a Kiss

Just had to do a super quick post!

It was a long day for me, my head is killing me and I my legs are swollen. I apologize for whining again, I just need to retire earlier as I’ve been out for more than 12 hours now. I need to get away from this super headache. It’s annoying!

Ok, I know I have to keep my promise. Here's the gist.

I did sign the contract and sealed it with a kiss! *heehee* Seriously, I’m back to the corporate world. However, so different from my previous experiences. I’d be working for a distributor and not a vendor this time. This company is not so new to me anymore as I’m a frequent there since day one when I acquired my Mac. *ding ding ding* Does it ring a bell? Nah? Hmm, I will give you more hints. This company carries various products --- Apple computers/notebooks, iPod, Palm, iPaq, Linksys, Cisco, 3Com, Belkin, Covertec, Griffin, Bose, Lexar, iHome, etc. This is a give away! Ok, it’s Microwarehouse. *smiles*

I’d be taking care of the Cisco business as a Sales Manager (cough! i don't know why they'd think i'll do good in this, haha!). I will have more or less 5 people in my team (a product manager and 3-4 key account managers). BTW, I would need 2 more people to work with us. Yes, we are hiring. So, incase you are interested and wanted to explore (and you must be good, don’t give me stress please…just kidding!) email me your CV. I need aggressive people in our team. *wink*

I’ll start on the 1st of October. Wish me luck people. *mwah*

I have to end this post now. Goodnight peeps!

Zzz.zzz...

Deal or No Deal?

God is so good, all the time.

Everything seems to happen at the right place and time and indeed so fast!

I thought I have until tomorrow to decide but sometimes things happen at the most unexpected time. After a couple of meetings and some negotiations, at last the verdict has come to an end and it’s a DEAL! ☺

Yep, you read it right and clear. Yes, I am going back to work. Finally, after being bum for like 8 months (oh gawd, I’m rusty!). Yup, I accepted the offer after doing some “call a friend” and a little negotiation with the banker. *heehee* Now, I’m keyed up! *teehee* Tomorrow, would be my contract signing. *beams*

I will share more details tomorrow, promise. *wink*

Decision

My head is too heavy! I’m doing a lot of thinking lately. I always find it challenging to come up on a decision for myself. It’s much easier to advise others, hardest to apply on oneself. Argh! Headache.

Why can’t I come up with one? Hmm, let me do a run down on some of the reasons why I feel like this.

Maybe…

1. I’m scared of making a wrong one
2. I fear that something better might come up after I make a choice
3. I’m in a Virgo mode --- perfectionist, meticulous, fussy, worrier…
4. I want more options as much as possible

Having said all this, I’m still left with no other choice but to make a decision before the week ends. *faints*

If it’s meant, it will happen. I asked Him to take charge.

P.S. My gut feel is extraordinary strong today. Early this morning, this company gave me a ring and I had a discussion with them in the afternoon. At the back of my mind, I feel this is what God wants me to pursue. Hmm, part of me wants to think otherwise. As I don't want to expect much.

Someone Can Hear Me

Last week, I made a post about an opportunity that I let pass on purpose. If you missed it, click here.

Call this luck, chance, fate, destiny, etc. but I want to name this a blessing. Late last week, I thought of seriously looking for a good job. I didn’t say it out loud *haha* just in my head and maybe some of my posts here (one or two maybe). I’ve also been vocal to Xave about my recent thoughts. After a day, I got a call from a long time friend. To make the story short, I had another interview today. Entirely different from my previous one (remember Ms. Manager? Haha) I don’t know, maybe my mind is so powerful. Whatever I think deeply, it happens. *wink* As if someone is hearing my babbles.

So here’s the story.

I had an interview with Mr. President and Ms. Business Unit Manager. It went out pretty well. I failed to time it for the simple reason that I enjoyed talking to them. *good vibes* I find it a good experience talking to these people. I learn and gain something even in simple conversation like this.

So, some highlights of the meeting --- they are in fact inquisitive on why I left HP and Samsung.

These are strong companies, yes. But I have my reasons and I wish I could just keep them to myself but oftentimes, you just cannot flee and must give a tactful answer which I did. It’s a common knowledge that it’s a NO-NO to say something negative about your previous employers and employees right? I was creative enough to deliver my response in a positive manner. Anyway, I have nothing against these two companies. They’ve been so good to me. It was my choice to leave.

Why leave just like that?

Work is known as being fragile is actually a rubber ball. If something screws up, work will always bounce back. Work is just one aspect of my life. So as much as possible I don’t want to lose myself in work. When I’m in doubt, I just leave.

I work to live, not live to work. There’s a big difference between making a living and having a life. I'm a lifeaholic not a workaholic. Don't get me wrong, I am hardworking (go ask my former colleagues. haha) and I tend to burn myself with work because of being too passionate with my job. Take note, I'm a Virgo --- Perfectionist. High expectations.

I don’t want to just take anything that comes. It has to be something I love doing. If I do what I love, money will follow. It’s nice to get paid for being happy.

So, let’s see where will this lead me…If it’s meant, it will happen.

Opportunity Knocks Only Once? Nah!

I’ve been so busy, my schedule has been so hectic lately and I can hardly blog. I used to stay home say, 4 to 5 consecutive days but this time, I can’t remember staying in bed in front of my Macbook for a whole day. *guffaw* Maybe it’s one for the reasons why I got sick. Nothing serious though, just a running nose, sore throat, headache and some dizziness. I don’t like feeling unwell.

So, what’s keeping this bum lady busy? *heehee*

A couple of days back or so, I had an interview for a post I wasn’t aware of. *hahaha* I like the company though. It’s a consumer industry (multi-national company) known for its cosmetics. I’ve been wanting to shift from I.T. to consumer industry for the longest time already but I always end up being in I.T. which is still fine with me. I wanted to think that this might be a big break for me.

So here’s what happened…pardon me, for my long narration.

My appointment with Ms. Manager was at 11am, I was there 10:45am. I waited, and waited some more. I glanced at my watch, 12noon and I was still in the sofa (lobby) waiting! I wanted to go down the building and just leave. *See, I don’t have the patience to wait.* However, this Mr. Senior asked me to go inside for a “preliminary” interview *whatsoever* It was so ghastly! I was turned off.

How on earth will this “multi-national” company allow this Mr. Senior to talk to me or any candidate for that matter empty handed and unaware of the reason why I was there? *stupid eh?* He wasn’t ready at all. Argh! What’s even worst, he asked me to go back after lunch for the next interview (with Ms. Manager). What a waste of time! Honestly, I told Xave I don’t wanna go back anymore. But he insisted that I have to finish the scheduled interview and I have to be professional.

Que horror! My next interview was at quarter to seven and ran for like 15 minutes only. *Imagine how long I waited. Unbelievable.* Anyway, I cut the interview short. Why?

First, she likes me already. I am getting the job however, I strongly feel the post is not for me. My heart and mind was actually debating. (1) should I tell her that I prefer something else or (2) just let the meeting end and ignore the succeeding calls. Me being an outspoken person, (as expected by everyone) I blurted out my thoughts.

I’d be more effective if I’d be handling/managing a product, (colors, fragrance or skincare are my choices). I’m a people person (I love to interact with different people), I’m creative, imaginative, analytical and it’s my passion to do marketing in all aspects (specially making programs/promotions). To be “behind the scene” and doing the “leg work” are not my thing. I’ve done forecasting/demand planning in Samsung. It’s very tedious. Oftentimes, I had to go to the office on weekends just to encode the figures in our system before it closes. Torture. Been there, done that. I barely have time for myself or even pay a visit to my derma and to the salon.

I can do the job, and I know I would do well but it’s just not my forte. Accepting the job is like getting a hammer to hit my head. I’m a type of person that I have to love or at least like what I am doing for me to make time for it. I know myself very well.

Second, usually in interviews like this it is not only the interviewer that observes the applicant. The candidate scrutinizes the interviewer as well like what I did. Ms. Manager making me wait for that long (almost 6 hours) reflected her being not able to manage her time very well. I had an appointment and yet, she was engrossed with what she was doing that time. I did some interviews to applicants as well. Some were even walk-ins and I never made them wait even for 10mins. I never asked them to come back some other time because I have a meeting. I do step out of the meeting to talk to these people. *it won’t take much of my time anyway* I’m sensitive on how others may feel. I know how applicants prepare for their interviews. The effort of going to the venue is enough for me to make time for them, right? Tsk, I just can’t understand why some people are so insensitive. From there, I know Ms. Manager will not make a good boss. Furthermore, I can’t imagine myself working harmoniously with her. I knew I had to let this pass.

Leaving the building made me feel good because I know I did the right thing. I said my piece. I was courageous enough to speak my mind and that gave me peace of mind.

In my next job, my priority is to have work-life balance. They say, "opportunity knocks only once". For me, it depends. If you know what you want certainly, better opportunities will come your way and you'd know if the one in front of you is "the one".

At the end of that day, it's still your choice.

It's past 3am, I need a shut eye.

Ciao!

5 Things I Learned From a Lousy Job

1) Do what you love…and the money will follow.
- Idealistic as it sounds, it’s true. I just about lost my sanity because I wasn’t happy because it wasn’t a job I felt passionate about. It’s nice to get paid for being happy.

2) Listen to your heart.
- I believe in signs. If getting up everyday to go to work seems excruciating, if it seems that you’re PMS-ing all the time, maybe it’s time to reassess your career.

3) Allot some “ME” time.
- Sometimes, no matter how much we love our jobs, the stress and routine of work will get to us. How to kick back from that? Spend some quality time with the most important person in your life: YOU. Sometimes it just feels so good to be alone.

4) All work and no play is just that ---all work.
- When I feel the need to detoxify in the middle of a truly hectic workday, I whip out my kikay kit and put make-up on, or have a cup of coffee or light a cigarette. Make-up, coffee and yosi are all therapeutic and boost my energy for the rest of the day. So I put those breaks to good use. You need it, and you deserve it.

5) It’s all about balance.
- Learn how to juggle family, friends, health, integrity, and work. Wherein the first four are made of glass, while work, is known as being fragile is actually a rubber ball.
