Bundle of Joy

Our nephew to Daddy Erik and Mommy Khryssy after a long long wait has finally arrived!

Name: Ethon Kristoff Banate
Nickname: Eon / Parents call him Pengi
Born: April 22, 2009 at 746am (Khryssy, correct me if I’m wrong) at the St. Luke’s Hospital.

He’s fragile yet so adorable. Haven’t carried him yet, I still don’t have the courage to do so but I’m touching him bit by bit. *heehee* He’s cheeks, arms and legs are so smooth like butter. Wanted to kiss him but maybe when he’s bigger. Hehehe.

I immediately sent a MMS to Xave (he’s at the farm) so he can have a peak of Eon. First thing he noticed was the lips, oh so red and the nose that he thinks Eon got from his Dad.

We took tons of pictures but will only share a couple here. I will let the Mom take the center stage and do the full documentation of what happened. I don’t want to steal the limelight to the brand new Mom, Khryssy. *wink* Congratulations! It’s all worth the wait, isn't it?

So here you go…

Eon at day 1
hmm, frowning at me baby? it's me your Tita Ninang

he winked at me on his day 1 (heart melting!)

Go home soon Sweetie, we are all waiting for you! *hugs*

BEE-bwit

Cute pasalubong from Kreci. Meet BEE-Bwit! He's a pen.

Was given to me few days ago. I thought of posting it here because I like it very much, so cute! Thanks Kreci!

Makes me miss my HubBEE so much.

I used my iPhone to take this photo. I can't believe resolution is this decent.. This was taken during Holy Week in La Union.

Le sigh…

P.S. This is a scheduled post. Done April 20, but will be posted the next day on a certain time. Wala lang, just want to try this feature...*hehehe*

Cleansing Oil

I’m a sucker of Shu Uemura cleansing oil. I’ve tried all variants but this one climbs the charts!

Brightening Cleansing Oil
For the first time, Shu Uemura has developed a brightening cleansing oil that prepares the skin for a radiant and translucent finish every time you cleanse. This gentle cleansing oil leaves the skin appearing more even-toned, translucent and smoothed. Dullness and dark spots seem to vanish.

2-in-1 cleanser and make up remover
Ideal for those with dull skin concerns
Suitable for all skin types
Available in 2 sizes: 150ml and 450ml (I always go for the big one, it's more economical)

I can't help but notice the scent. Reminds me of a certain perfume I can't remember the brand.

Will I repurchase?

YES!

It takes a year for me to finish the big bottle, I use it at night time only. In the morning, I use Cleansing Foaming Water instead.

Go, try it.

Beautifully Imperfect

I had to make this quick post before I go to bed. First saw this video in Facebook and I was moved by it.

Go, watch.

Love your family. Treasure the people around you. Don't wait to recognize their worth when its too late and they're gone.

I suddenly miss my Daddy.

For some reasons, I see this as a sign for me to entertain my thoughts and pursue what I want...

Hmm...next level please?

I’m thinking of changing career to non-IT. I want to slow down a bit and do something I love. Perhaps involve myself in our poultry business and expand then open another one in line of my interest.

A tough decision because it’s always best to be employed specially in my case that I worked hard for my tenure in IT already. I have established my network and I’m in a good company. But I guess things really change…

I feel my line of work is getting way too demanding and I feel it doesn’t go with my priorities in life anymore.

Let me put it this way, this is not what I envisioned myself doing long term. Maybe when I was fresh out of school, young and still starting...Now I feel I'm okay with what I have humbly achieved and its time to move on, start a new experience and learn some more.

I’ve always been a person who knows what I want and make things happen.

Let’s see where will this thought brings me. *smiles*

CONT: I LOVE...

Whoa, this update has been long overdue! Sorry guys…

Anyways, since I’ve uploaded all of our photos in my Multiply account it was made obvious already where we have been on our anniversary weekend celebration --- The Boutique Bed & Breakfast in Tagaytay!

If you’re the type who thinks outside the box, prepared to try something out of the ordinary, very keen to exceptional service and eager to obtain a unique experience then this would be a perfect place for you.

Each room is inspired by an emotion and no single room is the same. (read: orientation of each room is different from each other).

They have 7 rooms namely:

I Lust
I Dare
I Desire
I Surrender
I Love
I Escape

We were lucky to have I LOVE, the only available room for that day. It was actually perfect for us!

The Boutique Bed & Breakfast is located at 45 Aguinaldo Hiway, Silang Crossing East, Tagaytay City. To learn more about them, click here.

Here are some photos to share. I made a heart-shaped collage. *heehee*
