It stands for Purchase, Sales and Inventory. I first learned about this during my stint in Samsung. *we didn’t have this in HP* I did this weekly for almost 3 years of my stay there. It was so tedious! I hated PSI. I actually cursed it...countless times! *hihihi*
Little did I know, I will again encounter this 3-letter thingy in my new work. Ugh! I had a meeting with Mr. DBA (president) with and my PM (product manager) and the topic was PSI only! Initially, I was in absolute shock to find out about this monthly PSI meeting. It’s like my past is haunting me. *bwahahhaa*
Seriously, my previous PSI experience gave me an edge on where I am now. The best part, I don’t have to personally exhaust time doing the figures one by one. I now have a PM to do it. *yippee!* I’m over it. Thank God!
Well, it pays to sometimes do difficult tasks. You will reap the benefits later on. As much as possible, learn something each day. Then, share your learnings to others (in need).
Pay it forward. I will never get tired of saying this line over and over and over...
